These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern all relations between:
Nono&co - company registered under number 932402019 , whose head office is located in PERPIGNAN 66100 , operating the site www.bloomommy.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller"), and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the site (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

1. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which the Seller offers its products for sale, in particular pregnancy pillows, via its e-commerce site.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

Any order placed on the website www.bloomommy.com implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The Customer acknowledges having read them before finalizing their order.

3. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minimal differences may exist between the photos and the final product.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

Product prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), including delivery costs (free delivery) . Payment is made online using the secure payment methods offered on the site.

5. ORDER

The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and confirms their order after verification. A confirmation email will be sent to them after payment has been validated.

6. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination address. In the event of a delay, the Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

8. WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The products sold benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Seller undertakes to protect the Customer's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No data will be transferred to third parties without the Customer's consent.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the Seller's registered office.
