1. General Return Conditions

At Bloomommy , we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item purchased on our site within 30 days of receipt.

Please note: A €20 return fee applies and will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the logistical costs associated with processing and shipping returns.

3.3. Item never arrived
If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, contact us to open an investigation with the carrier.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your returned item. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method, less a €20 return shipping fee, if applicable.
